Venue Location Package
Where you have your wedding is one of the most important aspects when you start to plan your wedding. Whether your wedding is the most intimate of affairs with just you and your groom or a 500 person black tie ball. We have an extensive database and are on a constant search for the most perfect venues Florida has to offer. Trust in us that we will find the most perfect venue for your perfect day! The venue location package includes the following:
- Research and locate the appropriate venue type based on initial consultation.
- Provide a venue recommendation packet to the client for review (up to 15 options)
- 1-day of site visits for the client’s top three venue selections.
- Negotiate venue contract for the client
- If any planning package purchased after venue location package, the purchased amount will go toward planning package cost (Basic Day of Coordination Package exempt)

Day of Coordination Package(up to 75 guests)
Every Bride should be able to enjoy her special day. Let us do the worrying for you! Has the cake arrived? Do the flowers have orchids like you ordered? We insure every detail is executed to your specifications. Our job is to manage everything on your special day so that you can relax and have a stress free day! Our day of coordination package includes the following:
- Includes one meeting ahead of time for review of client’s wedding plan & details at our office located in Dania Beach
- Follow through with timeline created by the client
- Direct and assist guests as needed
- Facilitate and coordinate with all vendors to set up venue according to client wishes/vision
- Placement of personal items provided by the client – programs, photos, favors, place cards, guest books, menus, toasting glasses, cake server, etc.
- Coordinate transfer of personal items at end of event
- If guest count is between 75-150, additional staff is required – price to be determined
- If guest count is over 150, additional staff is required – price to be determined
* Vendor meal and parking paid for 1 vehicle is an additional TBD cost, varies per venue
Silver Planning Package
For the bride who only needs the basics. Together we can make your vision come to life and your day perfect! The silver package includes the following:
- Free Initial Consultation
- Meeting mid-planning time to review logistics, vendors and finalize details at our office located in Dania Beach
- Meeting 1 week prior to the wedding to review details at the venue with venue representative
- Venue location selection (see package above for details)
- Day of Coordination (see package above for details, additional cost for over 75 guests)
- Contract negotiation for group discounted hotel reservations for any out of town guests. We are able to book and manage any hotel reservations
* TBD cost if travel to venue requires more than 4 hours’ drive time and or flights those costs are additional and will be presented prior to site selection.
Gold Planning Package
For the bride who wants to be involved in the planning process. Together we can make your vision come to life and we are there to help you with the details you do not want to handle. The gold package includes the following:
- Free Initial Consultation
- Meeting mid-planning time to review logistics, vendors and finalize details at our office located in Dania Beach.
- Meeting 1 week prior to the wedding to review details at the venue with venue representative
- Venue location selection (see package above for details)Day of Coordination (see package above for details, additional cost for over 75 guests)
- Contract negotiation for group discounted hotel reservations for any out of town guests. We are able to book and manage any hotel reservations.
- Vendor coordination and management
- Design meeting to discuss overall design, color palette, theme, linen options, other design elements, provide innovative ideas and design boards (up to 3)
- Create floor plan and timeline for ceremony/reception. Distribute and confirm schedule of events with all vendors. Send out schedule to family and wedding party prior to wedding (The client is responsible to supply all family/wedding party contact information)

Platinum Planning Package
This “Full Service” package and is perfect for the Destination Bride or the Bride who wants to have her day completely planned and managed by the best in the business. We will research the venues, contract vendors, design overall decor (with your vision in mind), book hotel rooms for your guests (if needed), arrange transportation, etc. The platinum package includes the following:
- Includes all items listed in the Gold Planning Package
- All vendor contract negotiation
- Will attend one floral consultation
- Will attend one rental/decor meeting
- Will attend one menu tasting or cake tasting
- Final meeting/discussion with venue and vendors to finalize responsibilities
- Basic wedding website (upgrades available, see à la carte menu below)
- Coordinate and attend wedding rehearsal
- Honeymoon travel arrangements (hotel and air)

À la carte Items
We can customize any of our wedding packages to meet your needs and work within your budget, these are just a few items that can you can select individually or if you want, add on to your package.
- Coordinate and attend wedding rehearsal (up to 2.5 hours)
- Basic Wedding Website
- Specialty Wedding Website
- Assembly and delivery of welcome bags (up to 150 bags)
- Engagement Dinner/Party Planning (if purchased with wedding planning package)
- Invitation suggestions and design/wording help. We can also put together and mail invitations. (Actual cost of invitations is additional)
- Honeymoon travel arrangements (hotel, air & excursions)
